We project manage projects related to all of our major sectors with values ranging from under £50,000 to over £30 million.
Our Project Managers have specialist funding expertise, particularly in the Further and Higher Education sectors, and are able to assist clients with forming and then delivering property strategies.
Our Employers Agent services are provided by a diverse team with backgrounds ranging from architecture through to cost consultancy, project management and building surveying. We are on a number of frameworks with Local Authorities and RSLs and have a long history in providing this service. The mix of skills that we have enables us to develop a team for particular projects which will provide maximum benefits to clients.
This service can be provided for new build or refurbishment projects and our range of in house professionals enables the most relevant discipline to lead on each appointment.
