We are undertake significant commissions in education, with the procurement of new and remodeled schools and higher and further education buildings, high profile fast track fit-out projects, and housing and regeneration, including town centre schemes for affordable housing providers, major estate regeneration, and new private sector housing for major developers.
Our teams offer extensive experience in all sectors and work closely with our Surveyors and Town Planners to deliver a multi-disciplinary approach to procurement, by traditional, design and build or partnering routes.
High quality design is core to our approach and achieving this whilst meeting client requirements is fundamental to our business.
Our Town Planning Consultancy advises on a wide range of urban planning matters. This includes assessing the development potential/change of use of land and buildings within the development plan framework, negotiating with local planning authorities regarding proposals and applications, and conducting planning appeals, either through written representation, hearing or public inquiry.
Many projects comprise complex planning issues involving listed buildings, conservation area status and sustainability.
Economic appraisal, property audits, identifying under-used land and estate regeneration strategies all form part of the advice our consultancy offers.
