With key personnel including Chartered Surveyors, Project Managers, Architects and Planners, our combined skills provide an unrivalled knowledge of issues and ensure clients' needs are met without compromise, regardless of the service provided.
Our performance in training our staff is measured against the Respect for People KPI's and is far in excess of the required levels. A regular CPD programme informs, educates and updates our staff on key developments and legislation in the industry. We extend this to our clients and we regularly host "thought leadership" events on key topical subjects.
Pellings are recognised by the RICS as an office for structured training for holders of Graduate degrees to train as Chartered Surveyors and the RIBA for training Architects.
