Pellings was established in 1977, and has offices in Bromley, Kent and Barnet, Hertfordshire. We currently employ 95 staff.

Brief History
- 1977 - John Pelling & Partners established as Building Surveyors
- 1987 - Services extended to include Cost Consultancy
- 1990 - Services extended to provide Project Management, Architecture and Planning and Development
- 1994 - Further service extension to include CDM Co-ordination
- 1998 - Registered with Constructionline
- 2004 - Registered with Exor for various Local Authorities
- 2005 - Registered as a Pre-qualified Designer within the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)
- 2007 - Business transferred from John Pelling and Partners to Pellings LLP
- 2008 - ISO9001:2008 QMS accreditation achieved
- 2009 - Registered as a CDM Co-ordinator within the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)
- 2010 - ISO14001 EMS accreditation achieved
