Overview
Pellings were appointed to provide multi disciplinary building surveying, cost advice and project management services on behalf of BT with regard to the lease end and dilapidation refurbishment of Delta Point, Croydon.
The project includes:
- Validation of the dilapidations report
- Extensive survey into all elements of the building, including mechanical, electrical and structural elements, to enable definition of the scope of the work
- Preparation of the tender specification and provision of Pre Tender Estimate
- Management of the tender process
