The Pellings education division was formed to service the requirements of clients seeking a holistic approach, continuity of resourcing, quality of service and bespoke expertise.
We have delivered several hundred preschool, school and HE/FE schemes ranging from small refurbishment project with budgets of less than £50k to projects valued over £25m.
Our multi-disciplinary capability enables us to provide a one-stop service for the management, improvement, repair and redevelopment of the education estate. Project experience encompasses complex remodelling and expansion programmes to new build schools, college buildings and universities.
Our FM consultancy allows us to offer an integrated service for the design, maintenance and management of properties and contribute to the delivery of strategic and operational objectives and efficiencies.
Our integrated team comprises award winning Architects, Interior Designers, Building Surveyors, Health & Safety Practitioners, Consultation Experts, Strategic FM Consultants, Sustainability Advisors and Town Planners. We have network arrangements with associated Practices to provide Engineering services when required.
With an established track record of achieving planning permission on brownfield sites and green belt land, we have up to the minute in-house knowledge of Government Planning Policy, enabling us to maximise opportunities for our education clients.
