Overview
The Cottons development extends from HMS Belfast anchored on the south side of the Thames, to the London Bridge Hospital on the corner of London Bridge. The total refurbishment contract was valued in excess of £12m.
Pellings were appointed as Architects and Design Team Leaders for the fast track refurbishment of the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors of the Cottons development at London Bridge City - a total of 9,000m² of prestige office space.
The offices were let during the contract period and after close consultation, collaboration and assistance from the incoming tenants' Architects, Pellings involvement extended to the fit-out of the offices.
