Goat Lees Primary School Scoops LABC Award
Goat Lees Primary, a new 1 Form of Entry Primary School in Kennington, Ashford, that was designed and project managed by Pellings, has won the Best Educational Project at the LABC South East Awards 2014. The Award ceremony in Brighton last Friday 6th June was attended by Sarah Jones, Pellings Architect for the project as well as representatives from the School and the client, Kent County Council.
This is the third award that the School has collected in as many months as it was also highly commended in two categories at the RIBA South East Awards in May.
As a regional winner, Goat Lees School is automatically entered into the LANB National Awards, so it may well be four in a row for this innovative and striking project.
