Bonney Court shortlisted for RICS 2015 "design through innovation" award
Bonney Court, the purpose built, high quality accommodation for over 55s, has been shortlisted in the "Design through Innovation" category at the RICS South East Awards 2015.
Pellings designed and delivered the £2.5m scheme, which was completed in April 2014, in line with WHKA's housing strategy and to meet the specialist needs of the elderly residents living there.
Winners will be announced at the South East regional awards ceremony on Thursday 14th May at Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking.
