Overview

Pellings provide an acquisition survey service to a wide range of institutional and private investors. Our clients operate in a fast track environment, requiring rapid response to enable them to complete the due diligence process.

Pellings offer a prompt service to facilitate the decision process, covering all parts of the UK, including Northern Ireland. We also liaise with our client's agents, solicitors and funding partners where required.

Properties surveyed range from single purchases to large collective portfolios, including Office, Shops, Retail Parks, Leisure Centres, Warehouses and Distribution Centres.

Pellings can provide either specific Building Surveying services or multi-disciplinary approach where we would act as the Project Manager, appointing and managing a range of disciplines to assess and comment on the structure, the fabric, the service installations and environmental issues. This often includes arranging for materials testing.

We are often called on to provide a range of post-purchase services, including Dilapidations, Planned Maintenance programmes and Party Walls.

Where properties are to be repaired, altered or extended, we can provide design and contract administration services, construction monitoring services or act as the landlord's Technical Agent.
