Phase II completed in March 2010 provides a brand new Engineering Faculty comprising workshops for vehicle engineering and construction trades.
Delivered within the Green Belt, our planning strategy demonstrated a consolidation of the campus footprint, by the removal of numerous temporary classrooms and structures which over time had expanded the campus further into the protected landscape.
Classrooms, meeting rooms, social spaces and changing accommodation complete the self-contained faculty which interacts within the campus via a high quality public realm space, identified as a focal point as part of the masterplanning exercise.
The new buildings have been arranged at the front of the campus, presenting a sophisticated, modern and vibrant image for the college.
The ability of the college to attract ever increasing student numbers has secured a sustainable future for this key organisation.
