Pellings established both the critical and maximum occupancy levels, whilst factoring in adaptable and flexible IT/DATA infrastructures which allow for future proofing the premises for variations in market conditions, staff levels and business growth. Integration of new media and modern business practice was critical to the scheme, allowing for staff social centres and advanced IT conferencing facilities.
