Overview
Pellings acted as Lead Designer and Contract Administrator to HM Land Registry at their Listed Building Headquarters in Lincoln's Inn Fields.
The project was to Design and Project Manage the Head Office Rebrand and staff rationalisation programme.
The scheme included 6 floors of office space covering approximately 110,000 sq ft.
The main brief covers open plan 7:10 working ratio zones, Study Centre, Main Conference Suite with Full AV and Feature Atrium, Library, Staff Breakout Meeting Zones, Repro Areas and Ancillary Spaces.
The building has been in full occupation for the duration of the works which will continued on a rolling programme until the end of 2009.
