Overview
Pellings was appointed by The Girls' Day School Trust to review and update the Trust's existing Asbestos Policy. We redrafted the Policy to provide robust policies and procedures for effective management of asbestos across the estate. Our appointment included procuring new Asbestos Management surveys across all 24 schools over a two-year programme. Before procuring the surveys, we ran a pilot which enabled us to refine the survey report format to fit specific requirements. We then provisioned a new system of document management on site to facilitate the new procedures.
