Bonney Court shortlisted for Housing Excellence 2015 "Best New Affordable Housing Scheme" Award
Bonney Court, the purpose built, high quality accommodation for over 55s, has been shortlisted in the "Best New Affordable Housing Scheme" category at the Housing Excellence Awards 2015.
Pellings designed and delivered the 2.5m scheme, which was completed in April 2014, in line with West Kent Housing Association's strategy and to meet the specialist needs of the elderly residents living there.
